Typically, executive suites refers to pre-furnished office suites that also combine some level of business support services. These could include a shared business center, or even more advanced services such as a business concierge.

Executive suites go beyond a typical office, making it easy for a person to get down to business immediately, and not have to worry about dozens of set-up tasks that are associated with normal office rental. Examples include all furnishings and pre-wired Internet access.

Business executive suites are typically available on monthly, semi-annual, and annual lease periods. However, some executive suites may be available for shorter periods if this is required. Typically, executive suites will cost a bit more than a basic office, but many people feel the cost is justified by the reduced setup time and associated headaches. Some executive suites also include basic accomodations for an overnight stay if required, or even more.
