Real Estate Agent License
A real estate license is required in all 50 states to become a real estate agent or broker. Acquiring a real estate license is generally as simple as taking proper coursework and training, and then completing the real estate license exam for the state in question. Most licensed real estate agents will work with residential properties. Additional requirements may be needed to be met to receive a real estate agent license for work in commercial or industrial property.
